Hosted Server

For customers wishing to deploy their own server(s) at Total e's facilities.
We provide the physical space, power and network connection in one of our secure data centres. Our facilities are secure, with fully managed air-conditioning and redundant power supplies, you can locate your servers in the heart of our Carrier Class data centres in secure locations. You will be connected directly into our core router via a fully switched 100Mbps network allowing true bursting up to 100Mbps for every customer.
Advantages of a Hosted Server Package are:

• The ability to expand quickly and economically by simply upgrading your package.
• Your server(s) will be housed in a secure, resilient data centre designed for the most demanding requirements.
• The data centre has security guards and cameras 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• 24/7 system administration is available on request.
• Low cost fee’s starting at £85 per month

Leased Hosted Server

For customers who don't want the hassle of purchasing, configuring and maintaining their own server.
We will deploy the server in our data centre and install the operating system according to your specification. Once the server is deployed Total e will manage your server and its software through a combination of Internet connectivity, serial console access, remote power-cycling and site visits.
Advantages of a Leased Hosted Server Package are:

• No capital outlay required by you in server(s) equipment or software licences
• Your server(s) will be housed in a secure, resilient data centre designed for the most demanding requirements.
• The data centre has security guards and cameras 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
• 24/7 system administration is available on request.
• Access to Microsoft leased software
• Access to discounted leased PC’s & peripherals further reducing capital outlay
• Low Cost fee's starting at £125 per month

Data Centre Features

• Power is delivered to the building via a fully resilient, dual-capacity supply direct from the London Electricity Board (Dual Redundant 20MVA, 33kV dedicated underground mains feeds, 4x11kV supplies from ring supplied from 2 sub stations).
• In house power distribution to the client is supported via 3 separate systems of 5 uninterruptible power supply (UPS) modules, which is backed up 3 x 3.8 MVA diesel driven emergency power generators. 13,755 sq metres hosting space spread across 4 floors
• Very Intelligent Early Warning (VIEW) fire detection above and below raised floors
• CCTV system covering all entrances/exits and main areas
• 24-hour video recording
• Full electronic access control system based on Biometric Palm Scanners, Proximity Cards and PIN Keypads,
• Dual fibre access points to the building
• UPS Redundancy N+1, with diesel generator backup
• Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Redundancy N+1
