SalesPro can operate as an independent stand alone application or can be interfaced with existing systems for both import of historic figures and/or output of the forecast for such things as reporting or production planning. Its ease of input and clean screen approach means that the entry of data is very quick and straightforward. Users will become familiar with the product in a very short space of time.

Holds a wealth of information

SalesPro can hold historical information for any number of years and can also hold budgets and forecasts historically and going forward one or more years ahead. The information SalesPro holds can be defined and broken down into numerous sections, including any you wish to define yourself, some standard sections include, sales person, country, region, customer group, sector, product group, production line, customer, product. All can be held by Year, Quarter, Month/Period, Week or even by Day.
As well as holding sales information by product volume and value, SalesPro can also hold additional information such as standard costs, customer discount details, any predicted rebates, retrospective discounts or over riders and labour costs meaning that very accurate cost of sales and nominal sales values can be reported upon and analysed at both forecast and budget level. SalesPro can also hold multiple cost sets and percentage price increases so that accurate forecasts and budgets can be made and experimented with.


Flexible multiple currency input

SalesPro allows budgets and forecasts to be input either by volume or by value. Many functions are available for you to easily analyse and input such items as seasonal trends, consistent volume spreads and promotions.
The multiple currency input allows you to forecast each individual customer in seperate currencies, or alternatively, to forecast in one defined base currency and have SalesPro do the necessary conversions for you.
This multiple currency capability extends beyond the input right through to reporting and data exports.


Freeze function for historical analysis

The useful freeze functionality allows for the fixing of budgets and forecasts at a moment in time, you can then run comparisons against the frozen budgets and forecasts at a later stage, the freeze periods can be defined by you.


Powerful reporting capabilities

With the SalesPro power reporting functions you can have instant access to numerous reports comparing every area of your forecast or budget, i.e. Actual v forecast, actual v budget, year on year, year to date, variances on forecast accuracy, and all these can be by the standard groupings and/or groupings you have defined.
SalesPro's power reporting functions also allow you to generate a suite of reports and to then save the suite as a 'pack' or set of 'packs' which can then be accessed and used by all Sales/financial people to collate consistent information as required.

Technical Specification

SalesPro is a PC server based software application, developed using the latest Microsoft .Net framework, the included database sits either on a SQL Server or MS Access platform, it can seamlessly interface to any ERP manufacturing and accounting system running on PC, UNIX or AS/400 (i series) platforms, including JBA System 21, JDE, SAP, SAGE and LAWSON.
