ServicePro follows the full service cycle from enquiry through quotation, conversion to sales order, allocation of materials including stock control, purchase order and replenishment, labour diary and allocation, creation of job and job management, to finally creating invoice.

Full progression enquiry to invoice
ServicePro gives you the ability to progress an enquiry right through to final invoice. With a friendly and logical approach that users find easy to work with, an enquiry can be converted to a quotation and further to a sales order. Once the job is complete, the sales order can be confirmed and progressed to an invoice.
Not only that, but when a quotation is converted to a sales order a job is created with full parts, materials and labour allocated against it. All picking lists and despatch notes can be created within ServicePro giving you control over all aspects of the job.
Powerful enquiries and reports give you full visibility of all enquiries, quotations, jobs and sales orders and their status at any given time.
Powerful quotation creation
The ability of ServicePro to create a definitive accurate quotation is second to none. As well as being able to accurately allocate parts, labour and time to a job, ServicePro has the ability to allocate specific labour tasks as well as to allow for additional costs such as travel and accommodation etc. giving you simple and complete control and enabling all aspects of a job to be correctly quoted for from the start.
Full Stock and resource control
ServicePro can hold all stock, non stock, special items, labour types, skills and rates and a host of other information too. This gives it the power to take a sales order or job requirement and allocate the necessary resources to it, including advice on a suitable start date given availability of parts and labour.
In addition to this ServicePro can also suggest replenishment levels and can even raise and process the necessary purchase orders
Powerful reporting capabilities
ServicePro has an excellent set of power reports functions which enable a vast range of information to be available for analysis and reporting. You can see such things as enquiry to quotation to Sales Order conversion rates per site, region or sales person. You can analyse actual job time against quoted job times per task. You can also analyse future pending job requirements and have the knowledge available to make accurate decisions on labour availability and stock replenishments.
The ServicePro power reporting functions allow you to generate a suite of reports and to then save the suite as a 'pack' or set of 'packs' which can then be accessed and used by all relevant people to collate consistent information as required.

the included database sits either on a SQL Server or MS Access platform, it can seamlessly interface to any
ERP manufacturing and accounting system running on PC, UNIX or AS/400 (i series) platforms, including JBA System 21, JDE, SAP, SAGE and LAWSON.
