Time&AttendancePro has all the features that you would expect from any time and attendance application but goes much further than most that are currently available.
key functionality includes :-
Time and attendance and building access
Time&AttendancePro gives you complete control and visibility over your staff attendance.
You can use multiple methods for clocking in from swipe cards to biometric fingerprint reading, also, Time&AttendancePro can be linked into many door/building access systems too.
As well as recording time in and time out Time&AttendancePro can also have extended functions added such as clocking in and out from lunch and/or tea breaks.
Additionally Time&AttendancePro can record details of absence, lateness, sick, holidays, working hours, shift patterns and pay bands and produce accurate timesheets per employee.
As the system is real-time, at any moment a full and accurate set of fire marshal registers (per department, building etc.) can be produced
The large range of reports are available as on screen real-time displays, direct reports to a printer or as exports into an ad hoc application such as Excel or Word.
Real time job bookings
In addition to the excellent time and attendance functions offered by Time&AttendancePro there is also an extensive real time job bookings system too.
At the start of a job, an employee can sign onto the job. At this point Time&AttendancePro begins recording the job time, once an employee has signed off the job, Time&AttendancePro records the job time, even accounting for lunch time and any breaks. This functionality has a wide scope as there are abilities to set up teams and assign teams to jobs.
Not only can you see who has clocked in and at what time, but you can also see where they are and what job they are currently working on, plus, you can see a full history for the day of the jobs each employee has been working on and for how long.
Full HR Functionality
As all employees are registered on Time&AttendancePro for time and attendance purposes it follows that all relevant HR information can be confidentially kept within Time&AttendancePro too. As well as standard information such as employee names and addresses and contacts, Time&AttendancePro also holds extra information such as pay rates, medical records, employment history, training records, equipment issued, appraisal details and much more. All of the information can be linked to your current systems or document templates.
Full integration with bespoke/mainframe applications
Time&AttendancePro is developed to the latest .Net standards and is very flexible in terms of the data that can be both imported and exported. Time&AttendancePro can seamlessly link into most of today's ERP systems and allow information such as work orders or staff details to be aligned effortlessly. Time&AttendancePro can also link to and export data into many current payroll systems.
Full integration with other BusinessPro modules
Time&AttendancePro is a fully ready to install package but is also one of five modules that make up the Total e-Solutions BusinessPro suite of applications.

Time&AttendancePro is a PC server based software application, developed using the latest Microsoft .Net framework,
the included database sits either on a SQL Server or MS Access platform, it can seamlessly interface to any
ERP manufacturing and payroll system running on PC, UNIX or AS/400 (i series) platforms, including JBA System 21, JDE, SAP, SAGE and LAWSON.
