Flexible quotation/order entry
TraderPro has an incredibly flexible setup which allows for the tailoring of the order entry to accommodate the way your business receives and enters sales orders, from direct telephone entry to orders over the internet, by post or even through EDI trading.
The clever entry screen allows fast entry of multiple products and gives ready access to such information as current stock, delivery lead times and latest prices.
Within a similar structure is the ability to provide quotations by email, fax or post and then to easily have the ability to convert a quotation into a sales order.
Powerful multi currency pricing
TraderPro has a very intelligent pricing structure matrix which can be taken advantage of to always have the required prices available. You can price items at standard cost with markup, through latest cost/price with markup, through global price lists,
through customer price lists and more, even such things as Christmas or manager specials. Within this of course are the necessary contract discounts and special rates that may be product or customer specific.
All prices can be held in either a base currency or any number of currencies according to the customer or supplier currencies. For instance product cost prices can be held in a base currency and the purchase order can then be raised in a different currency. TraderPro will do all of the necessary conversions for you.
Subscription management
With its multi group and level product structure and its ability to hold repeating (standing) orders, coupled with full stock control and distribution, TraderPro is perfect for subscriptions management. All of the required functions are readily available such as supplier printing and delivery lead times, distribution structure matrices for preferred delivery services, full pricing structure, order entry and order despatch confirmation, to follow allocation on incomplete orders, and so much more.
Powerful reporting capabilities
TraderPro power reporting functions give you very quick and easy access to a whole wealth of information. Such things as Sales performance and order history, cost against sale pricing reports, stock availability etc. can be easily reported upon both in a report format or graphically and can be reported upon by location, region, sales person, customer sector or customer, product group or product, or in fact any criteria you wish to define.
TraderPro's power reporting functions also allow you to generate a suite of reports and to then save the suite as a 'pack' or set of 'packs' which can then be accessed and used by all Sales/financial people to collate consistent information as required.

TraderPro is a PC server based software application, developed using the latest Microsoft .Net framework,
the included database sits either on a SQL Server or MS Access platform, it can seamlessly interface to any
ERP manufacturing and accounting system running on PC, UNIX or AS/400 (i series) platforms, including JBA System 21, JDE, SAP, SAGE and LAWSON.
