Deliver-e is a very powerful application which works in line with the current DHL EasyShip and Intraship
applications. The many benefits of Deliver-e include integaration into existing ERP systems and batch
processing of delivery labels

Powerful batch processing
As well as producing single despatch labels, Deliver-e has the ability to produce a set of despatch
labels as a batch process. Any number of labels can be printed in one continuous run. Along with the labels
an accompanying pick list containing parcel references can be produced per label to enable easy processing of
orders.
Sorting and Grouping
Contained within Deliver-e is a set of definable grouping and sorting levels. These can be easily defined
and implemented for various despatching types, methods, timetables or any sets that may be required.
The flexibility goes beyond simply stacking a set of addresses together and allows for different label
requirements and delivery methods within the same label creation run to be defined.
Windows based system
Deliver-e has been designed with ease of use in mind. A clean screen menu approach has been used to
enable user to quickly learn the system and begin printing labels and accompanying paperwork within a matter of
minutes.
Easy Import of DHL Information
Deliver-e uses Total-e-Solutions power mapping system which allows for easy upload of the latest DHL
postcode and despatch information which DHL periodically supply. At the click of a button the system is
updated in line with the latest DHL despatch information.
Unique Postcode Validation
A very powerful feature of Deliver-e is its postcode and service validation. The system validates
the postcode against the service in advance and only presents for use valid despatch services to the user. This
alleviates the unnecessary rejection of labels and parcels after they have been produced and sometimes sent for
despatch.
Prints complete Bar Coded labels
Deliver-e produces thermal laser bar coded labels independently of the DHL Easyship and Intraship
systems. The labels are fully compliant with the DHL templates and can be scanned and tracked as usual.
Produces and distributes all Documentation
In addition to the labels, Deliver-e also produces all of the documentation required for despatch by
DHL. Fully compliant daily and monthly manifests are produced for printing and also for sending to DHL via ftp.
The system also produces the daily Pre-alert notification and then sends it automatically via ftp to DHL.
Interfaces with most ERP systems
Deliver-e has been developed to interface with most leading ERP systems including SAGE, SAP, JBA, JD Edwards,
Formul8, Lawson and any system which is built upon SQL Server, MS Access or Oracle platforms.
Additionally the system can receive data in the form of txt and/or csv files.
Search facilities exist which allow for order and despatch information to be retrieved
directly from your existing system removing any need for re-keying of address details. As an integrated system
it has the ability to pass back to the main ERP system details of the despatch, i.e. the parcel number and the
shipping date, this can then be stored against an order on the main ERP system..
Fully Stand Alone
In addition to being able to Interface, Deliver-e also carries its own database which allows for the
input of addresses which once keyed into the system are remembered and can be easily retrieved for re-use. The
database can also hold information such as product size and weight and can calculate such things as number of
labels required.

Technical Specification
Deliver-e is a PC based software application, developed using the latest Microsoft .Net framework,
the included database sits either on a SQL Server or MS Access platform, it can seamlessly interface to any
ERP manufacturing and distribution system running on PC, UNIX or AS/400 (i series) platforms, including JBA System 21, JDE, SAP, SAGE and LAWSON.
