ERP Support Services
We have a wealth of proven expertise in ongoing JBA System 21 support for a number of blue-chip organisations ranging from front-line support and the management of vendor software problem corrections, testing and implementation. Our experience covers all aspects of System 21 including financials, fixed assets, inventory, purchase management and sales order processing modules. We are also experts in the development of bar code and EDI solutions for System 21 users and can provide a range of added-value services including conversion to Sage Payroll, housekeeping and archiving services.

ERP Change Management
Our consultants have experience in the management and application of vendor PTFs, bespoke program fixes and enhancements for a number of ERP applications including JBA System 21.
System Tuning
Our expertise in this area allows us to obtain radical performance improvements and free up substantial disk space from our clients' IBM iSeries (AS/400), JBA, JDE, SAP and Oracle systems and applications.
Hardware Sourcing and Installation
We are able to source, configure and install any new hardware our clients may require along with providing help and advice in recommending the most cost effective upgrade and expansion paths. Our hardware expertise covers PC, Unix, IBM iSeries (AS/400) and Citrix platforms.
O/S Support and Upgrades
We have substantial experience in the management and rollout of both PC and midrange systems. Whether our clients are considering an upgrade to Windows 2000, the upgrade of their OS/400 or the provision of operating system helpdesk support, Total e-Solutions is their first point of call.
Application Support
We are able to provide telephone helpdesk support for a complete range of desktop applications including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft FrontPage, Lotus AmiPro, Lotus 1-2-3, Lotus Approach, Visio and many more. Our clients are able to expand their own support provision internally to cover all end-users whilst being able to focus on more critical activities. At the same time they are able to gain additional business benefits in addition to improved relations with their user communities.
Networks, Communications, Cabling Installation and Support
We have managed the installation of a number of new sites and networks including all cabling, communications, system configuration and testing. Our team of CNE and MCSE qualified support consultants provide access to proven industry standard knowledge and expertise.
System Security
Our expertise in this area allows our clients to ensure that the security of their business critical systems is safeguarded with the installation and management of effective anti-virus solutions, as well as hardware and software firewalls. Office Relocation - We have managed the complete relocation of a number of our clients' sites including all ensuring all infrastructure requirements are met, the safe packaging and transport of equipment with round-the-clock effort and supervision when required to ensure that business continuity is not affected.
