Rieke is part of the Multinational Rieke Packaging Systems.
Rieke Dispensing offers an unmatched pedigree in the devising
of dispensing solutions. In addition to a bespoke design service
to meet specifications, customer briefs, Rieke Dispensing
incorporated the complete establishment market leading brand
Englass which offers the widest selection of pumps and dispensers
in the world. Some of their dispensers are used on well known
brands like Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Hellmans Mayonnaise, Flash
cleaning products, HP Sauces and E45 creams. Total e Solutions
were contracted to design and implement a bar code based Lot
control system for Englass with the ability to track product
history from supply and manufacturing through to warehousing
and distribution. The implementation was extremely successful
and installed on time and within budget.

30 years ago. They are leading designers, importers and distributors
of children’s wear and baby wear, with many items featuring

Global Food Manufacture Outsources System 21 Support
to Total e-Solutions
During February 2010 the firm ADM( Archer Daniels Midland)
Company founded in 1902 and headquartered in Illinois, signed
up with Total e solutions for JBA System 21 support covering
Financials, Distribution and Quality Management Modules. With
230 processing plants all over the world, ADM employ 28,000
people and are world leaders in agricultural processing. The
firm takes crops and processes them to make food ingredients,
animal feed ingredients, renewable fuels and naturally derived
alternatives to industrial chemicals. They work closely with
their customers to provide a matrix of value. In October 2008
the company recorded net sales of $69.8bn and in October 2009
ADM inaugurated a facility for cocoa processing in Kumasi,
Ghana.

Morissons System 21 Lotus Integration Complete
Total e-Solutions have successfully developed and implemented
a Morissons specific order processing system for Smales. The
system runs through Lotus notes which enables the Morrisons
team to gain access to current outstanding orders very simply
via their email account. The order information is automatically
sent from System 21 to the Lotus notes system where the team
can then print picking lists, confirm despatches and print
despatch notes. The confirmed despatch information is then
automatically sent back to System 21, keeping the systems
perfectly synchronised at all times. The efficiency of the
whole process saves an enormous amount of time as the Morissons
team do not have to constantly log onto System 21 and perform
searches for new pending orders. Instead, the new orders simply
appear within the Lotus notes email system. The Lotus application
itself can be tailored very simply to perform similar extracts
for a whole range of System 21 Company and/or account combinations

Katsouris Non-Stock Interfacing system a success
Total e-Solutions have recently implemented a non stock ordering
system for Katsouris. The system has been live for some weeks
and is performing very well. Katsouris are now able to maintain
control of their non stock ordering and spend by department,
even down to individual item level. Non stock orders can be
raised and sent to an appropriate senior person for authorisation
by email, once the order is authorised it can then be emailed
to a supplier, thus potentially making the system fully paperless.
Additionally, the tight integration with System 21 means that
all the orders are passed to System 21 where the corresponding
invoice can be processed via system 21 in the usual way and
the Transaction can appear within the General Ledger etc.

TraderPro Successfully Implemented at Major Food Manufacturer
A major European food manufacturer had a requirement for a system which would help them to easily control
the purchasing of non stock items. TraderPro, our PC based Order Entry, Stock Control and Distribution system,
fit the requirement perfectly, allowing non stock orders
to be raised via a PC based application and the subsequent orders fed into their JBA System 21 accounting
system ready for invoice processing. The company now has a straightforward and flexible system for raising orders.
They now have tighter control over the authorisation of non stock purchases and full visibility of
non stock spend is available at all times.

Total e Solutions takes giant STRIDES to Indespension Ltd
Total e Solutions is delighted to announce the implementation of its popular web based STRIDES
rental management software at trailer manufacturer Indespension Ltd. The new system will manage all
aspects of Indespension's trailer rental business which operates from their 23 depots strategically
sited in the UK. Each depot hosts a large fleet of variable sized trailers that are available for
rental to the general public and to existing customer account holders.
All potential customers can now check the availability of trailers at any selected depot,
and reserve trailers via the STRIDES web site for collection on a specific day, alternatively this
software allows customers to travel to a given depot and immediately rent a trailer, after it checks
availability.
Deposits can be made via the web site and the transaction completed via STRIDES at the depot when
a trailer is picked up by the customer. For account holding customers, STRIDES checks the credit
status of the customer automatically via Indespension's System 21 financial software. STRIDES posts
all sales invoices automatically to the System 21 Sales Ledger.
In addition, STRIDES offers a rich suite of flexible enquiries, graphs and reports that provide
management information regarding trailer rental asset utilization and depot sales performance.

System 21 Interfaces with BOXTOP
A4T, the high-tech media and gadgets company, has successfully
outsourced its massive logistics operation, coving warehousing,
despatch and delivery to the third party MAPCARGO logistics company.
MAPCARGO use the highly acclaimed BOXTOP Warehousing, Transport
Planning and Delivery software package to control their logistics services.
The interfaces required for despatch, delivery and proof of receipt
between A4T's System 21 ERP application and MAPCARGO's BOXTOP software
was developed by Total e-Solutions. This interface controls all of the
System 21 database updates necessary to interface the two systems and
has allowed A4T to discontinue usage of the System 21 Warehousing module.

PUMA decides on Automated Supplier Account Payments System (ASAP) as their preferred choice for the automation of payments.
Total e-Solutions Consulting continues to expand its UK and European rollout of ASAP, this time with the world renowned manufacturing company PUMA, beating off two rival bids. The project scope includes a six -user install of ASAP, full integration with System 21 and direct interfacing into HSBC’s hexagon software across the Iseries IFS directory.

Total e-Solutions Wins Contract for its Automated Supplier Account Payments System
Total e-Solutions Consulting wins yet another contract to implement its Automated Supplier Account Payments (ASAP) System for a leading international manufacturer of vacuum cast super-alloys, based on the Isle of Wight. ASAP provides an alternative solution to the need for a BACS IP enabled system, and will extract and validate all released supplier payments from JBA System 21. ASAP will also provide the ability to package all domestic and international payment information into the format required by the RoyLine e-Banking system (supplied by the Royal Bank of Scotland for electronic funds transfer), prior to batch upload of payments into RoyLine. The system will slash the level of manual administration and re-keying of data involved in the processing of all supplier payments for the organisation.

Total e-Solutions Consulting successfully completes the roll-out of version 2.0 of its Integrated Order Entry System (IOES) for a major developer and processor of performance-enhancing minerals, based in Germany. The implementation was completed to coincide with the go-live of production capabilities at the plant, and integrates a number of previously disparate systems in the multi-million Euro project.

Total e-Solutions Consulting releases version 2.0 of its Integrated Order Entry System (IOES) to cater for the provision enhanced customer, product and distributor interface feeds from host ERP systems. Total e-Solutions Consulting launches its Automated Supplier Account Payments (ASAP) System across the UK and Europe. ASAP is a unique software package that offers a practical, low-cost alternative to processing payments of any kind via BACS and BACS IP. Total e-Solutions Launches CommsManager Product
Total e-Solutions Consulting launches CommsManager, enabling the creation and maintenance of high-quality financial documents (such as invoices, purchase orders etc.) and interfacing seamlessly with JBA System 21. The product allows users to define, by trading partner, the preferred method of communication (e.g. email, fax or letter) with default recipient addresses and numbers. Once a purchase order or invoice is ready to be printed the system downloads details to a PC based system, where the relevant documents are created and re-formatted, before being subsequently printed, emailed or faxed to the intended recipient.
